Founded in August of 1993, Cixi Guanhai Gardening Company (the former is Zhengyi Garden founded in 1983), is a comprehensive gardening company incorporating garden virescence engineering, gardening articles and seedling tree field. It is a joint-stock enterprise with independent juridical qualification. Honors such as "Initial Advanced Flower Enterprise in Zhejiang Province", "Top Ten Excellent Gardening Enterprise in Zhejiang Province", "Scientific and Technologic Model in Ningbo", "Enterprise Enjoying Good Market and Consumers' Satisfaction in Zhejiang", and "Enterprise with Up-to-grade Quality", are showering on the company in these years. 　　The company has a powerful staff group, totally 26 members including senior engineer, professor, gardening engineer, senior agricultural technician, and other professional technicians. It has built up a relatively perfect system of managing, researching, producing, processing, designing, constructing, nursing, selling and after-sales serving. Its fabrication base has an area over 500 mu (about 333,000 square meters). Greenhouse and steel tube canopy cover 3800 square meters. Furthermore, the company is planning to build a seedling tree base, which will cover an area of over 1000 mu, and used to cultivating seedling tree for gardening virescence and development of new products. 　　The gardening virescence project in Fuhai New City District undertaken by the company is appraized as the "Small green town of provincial grade". It has also taken part in many large gardening virescence projects, such as Zhongshan Road and Jichang Road in Ningbo, Anchang and Road-railway crossroads in Shaoxing, Shanghai Gymnasium, overhead road, Mingzhou Road, Luqingping Crossroads, Hubei Huang-huang Highway, Kunming World's Fair, Nanjing Fast Channel of west city, Hangzhou Xihu Ave, Genqiu, Genxin, Qingtai and Fengqi Road, etc. The company relies on science and technology to develop and innovate. It successfully breeds a box of small leaf and soft branch, which wins the certificate of "Excellent Agricultural Product in Zhejiang Province". The auxiliary part of gardening: "Shenyi brand" flowerpot with self-supplying nutrition, is a new type and practical flowerpot, and has been awarded 11 patents issued by State Bureau of Intellectual Asset. In the third and fourth China Flower Exposition, it is the only product bearing the palm in this industry in the country. The company owns fourth grade competence of city garden virescence.
